Waterfalls of Tennessee – Cummins Falls

The Green Register will be featuring “The Waterfalls of Tennessee” over the next few days. These magnificent waterfalls have been saved over the past 10 years by the Tennessee Parks and Greenways Foundation.

Here is our first profile: Cummins Falls

Named one of the top 10 Swimming Holes in the US by the national magazine Travel and Leisure, Cummins Falls near Cookeville, Tennessee was dedicated this past spring as Tennessee’s newest and 54th State Park.

The eighth largest waterfall in Tennessee, Cummins Falls was saved through the efforts of the Tennessee Parks and Greenway Foundation.
