The Appalachian Mountain Club is one of our nation’s oldest conservation organizations. Located in New England, AMC has over a hundred years of experience providing tourists and members spectacular views and accommodations of the most beautiful mountains and vistas in New Hampshire and Maine. Now is the time to make your fall plans. Below are the details.
Travelers can enjoy the season’s colorful foliage and fabulous views in New Hampshire’s White Mountains and the Maine Woods this fall, and save 30 percent on lodging with the Appalachian Mountain Club (AMC).
A savings of 30 percent is offered on 3-night stays, Sunday through Thursday, at any combination of Joe Dodge Lodge at Pinkham Notch, NH; AMC’s full-service huts in the White Mountains; or Maine Wilderness Lodges.
The deal is good for stays from September 5 through 22, and October 8 through 25, and reservations must be booked by September 4. The promotional code, FALL12, must be mentioned when reservations are made.
This offer applies to new reservations only, subject to availability. It is not valid for guided programs.
Reservations can be requested online at www.outdoors.org, or by calling (603) 466-2727.
A variety of fall guided programs are also slated, including two five-day Adult Adventure Camps; a Fall Photography Weekend with New Hampshire photographer, Jerry Monkman; a naturalist-guided lodge-to-hut adventure in the Zealand Valley; and a cultural and natural history weekend, which includes tours of historical sites, including Zealand Valley and Livermore, with local historians.
More information is available at www.outdoors.org/fallguide.
AMC programs and destinations are open to all, AMC members and non-members alike.
